MANUELA ROSSI, Writer/Producer/DirectorBorn and raised in beautiful Monza, Italy, in 2007 Manuela graduates from the prestigious Universita' Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, and then studies Screenwriting at the European Institute of Design in Rome. In 2008 she moves to Los Angeles where two years later earns her MFA in Filmmaking at the New York Film Academy.
Manuela then collaborates with the International Sales Department at Hyde Park Entertainment (Blue Valentine, Machete, Shopgirl) where she gains experience in film markets worldwide. Her last short film LARS premieres at the 2011 Milan International Film Festival where it wins the Audience Award for Best International Short Film; LARS also wins the Silver Medal at the Elgin Short Film Festival, and is one of the five finalists at the 2012 Beloit International Film Festival. Furthermore, it's part of the 2011 Cannes Film Festival's Short Film Corner and Waterfront Film Festival.
In 2012 Manuela moves to London to continue her filmmaking career.
